Now, we know there’s a question that’s on everyone’s mind when it comes to our product; “Why Cold Drip coffee?” Why did we specifically choose the cold brew method for making our coffee concentrate, instead of any other? Does it really make a difference?
Well, the cold brew method of making coffee actually has quite a few unique benefits including (but not limited to) : a change in its acidity, the caffeine levels, and the overall flavor preservation!
The start of the process is with our Specialty-grade beans; the beans are ground, and then steeped in triple filtered reverse osmosis water for 24 hours, without heat. By not utilizing heat in the process, the concentrate has lower acidic levels which allow for a fuller taste for the consumer! Heat brewed coffee has a higher acidity, which can mess with enjoyment of the overall flavor. Our slow brew process guarantees a robust flavor, high caffeine content, and less acidity; perfect for making a delicious cup of coffee any time of the year.
