The unique name of the product is a combination of our founder’s name “Raymond” and the “au lait” from the classic coffee “Cafe au Lait.” Mississippi Cold Drip’s “Ray Au Lait” is a caramel and vanilla infused sweetener; made with a light brown sugar simple syrup, condensed milk, and vanilla all blended together into a creamy and delicious addition to any coffee.
Just like our usual line of products, the “Ray Au Lait” is also a concentrate, designed to be diluted and adjusted to your ideal level of sweetness to go with your chosen beverages. The suggested serving size recommended is one part sweetener to five parts diluted coffee concentrate, but again feel free to experiment-the world is your coffee cup!
