Ingredients:

  • ½ cup MS Cold Drip Coffee (your preferred flavor)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup milk (your choice of percentage, and nut based mills work great as well! )
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Ice
Tip: the recipe provided here is a very simple base that, while enjoyable on its own, can also act as a jumping off point for more unique smoothie options-don’t be afraid to get creative and add more fruit that you love, peanut butter, chia seeds, chocolate-the blender is your oyster!

Directions:

  1. Add all of your smoothie ingredients, sans ice, to your blender
  2. Blend until incorporated together
  3. Slowly add your ice to your blender and keep blending until you reach your desired creaminess level
  4. Pour into your preferred protein shake receptacle and enjoy!
